To provide a functional, realistic, and competitive flight simulation environment, we collect the following categories of information:

• Identification Data: Your full legal name, IVAO or VATSIM Network IDs (VID), and any associated account identifiers required for network synchronization and rank verification.
• Contact Information: Your personal email address, which is used for account recovery and official airline business, and digital identifiers for communication platforms such as Discord.
• Operational and Technical Data: This includes flight logs, ACARS telemetry from your flight simulator (altitude, speed, coordinates), IP addresses for security logging, and timestamps of your activity within our systems. This data is essential for the validation of flight hours and the maintenance of our simulation standards.

We prioritize the anonymity of our members within the public sphere. To balance the realism of a virtual flight roster with your personal safety, our public-facing website follows a strict masking policy. Only the first letter of your last name is ever displayed on public rosters, leaderboards, or live maps. Your full name and contact information are restricted to a strictly defined "need-to-know" basis and are only accessible by authorized staff members for essential administrative purposes.

The processing of your data is necessary to fulfill the relationship established when you voluntarily join our community. We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:

• Service Fulfillment: To manage flight bookings, validate pilot reports (PIREPs) via ACARS, and maintain your standing and career progression within the virtual airline.
• Network Integration: To verify your active status, ratings, and compliance with the "Real Name" policies of partner networks like IVAO and VATSIM.
• Member Communication: To send essential operational updates, NOTAMs, training materials, and community announcements.
• Security and Integrity: To prevent fraudulent account creation, ensure the security of our web infrastructure, and provide a fair, transparent environment for all simulation enthusiasts.

Grupo AMX Virtual implements a variety of administrative, technical, and physical security measures. These include encrypted database connections, secure server protocols (SSL/TLS), and restricted access tiers for staff members based on their specific roles. We take every reasonable step to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized modification, or disclosure. Furthermore, our staff is legally and ethically bound to maintain the confidentiality of your data even after their service with the airline concludes.

As a user, you hold specific, protected rights regarding your personal data. These are commonly known as ARCO rights in Mexico and are mirrored by GDPR protections across the globe:

• Access: You have the right to know exactly what data we hold about you and the specific conditions of its use.
• Rectification: You may request the correction of any data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• Cancellation (Erasure): You have the right to request that your data be deleted from our active records when you believe it is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in this notice.
• Opposition: You may object to the processing of your data for specific secondary purposes or automated systems.
• Portability: You may request a digital copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

If you choose to end your membership with Grupo AMX Virtual, you may initiate the formal removal of your data through the Crew Center profile settings. We have provided a dedicated button labeled "Request Account Deletion and Data Removal." Upon clicking this button, you will be directed to a secure form where you can officially submit your request to our administration. Once the request is received and verified, our system administrators will manually process the permanent removal of your profile, contact details, and personal identifiers from our active databases. This process will be completed within a period not exceeding 20 business days, ensuring that your "Right to be Forgotten" is fully respected in accordance with legal standards.
