Agreement
Final and Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the website, crew center, or services of Grupo Aeromexico Virtual (hereafter "Grupo SLI Virtual," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document, along with our internal policies, constitutes a final and binding agreement. We reserve the absolute right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of all revisions without further notice.
Security
Account Security and User Integrity
You are solely responsible for the security of your account and any associated identifiers such as VATSIM or IVAO IDs. Sharing credentials, lending your pilot ID, or allowing others to operate under your account is strictly prohibited and results in immediate and permanent removal. You must provide your real name and valid network identifiers. Use of false identities, aliases inconsistent with your network profile, or any misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination without the right to appeal.
Systems
Technical Use and System Abuse
Any attempt to interfere with, overload, damage, or exploit our systems including automated scripts, botting flight hours, modifying telemetry, or injecting code is strictly prohibited. Our ACARS system monitors flight telemetry in real time. Sim-rates higher than 2x without prior written permission are treated as fraudulent activity and result in flight rejection and permanent removal from the Group.
Ownership
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Grupo SLI Virtual has no affiliation with Aerovías de México S.A. de C.V. (Aeroméxico). All corporate logos and branding are used solely for non-commercial simulation purposes under fair-use principles. All original content created by Grupo SLI Virtual including ACARS code, website design, manuals, and custom aircraft liveries is our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, modification, or uploading our files to third-party platforms like Flightsim.to is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Promotion or use of cracked or pirated flight-simulation software is strictly prohibited. Any account suspected of using unauthorized software will be terminated immediately at our sole discretion. We are not required to provide notice or an appeal process in cases involving intellectual property theft.
Legal
Liability and Legal Protection
All services, software, and materials are provided "as-is" and "as-available" for recreational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or suitability of our systems. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grupo SLI Virtual and its owners shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, hardware damage, or personal consequences resulting from your participation.
In the event of any disagreement or claim, you expressly agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our internal Alternative Justification and Amicable Resolution process. This involves a formal internal review and mediation before any external legal action can be considered. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to participate in any class-action or representative-action lawsuits against the Group or its administration in any jurisdiction worldwide.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grupo SLI Virtual and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of pirated software, or your breach of third-party intellectual property rights.
All decisions made by the administration regarding membership, rank, flight validation, and disciplinary actions are final and non-appealable. Participation in Grupo SLI Virtual is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Group.
Operations
Operations and Flight Rules
All applicants must pass a mandatory theoretical examination. Practical evaluations (VFR or IFR) may be required on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the training department. Meeting minimum hour requirements does not guarantee admission or continued membership.
ACARS usage is mandatory. Manual flight reports (PIREPs) are only accepted in exceptional cases, such as a complete loss of internet connection mid-flight or a verifiable technical failure of the ACARS software. These must be submitted with evidence and are subject to staff approval. Mid-flight refueling is strictly prohibited; any detection of fuel quantity increasing during a recorded flight results in automatic rejection and disciplinary action.
Unauthorized use of Slew mode or Time Acceleration exceeding 2x is not permitted. The maximum allowed landing rate for validation is -900 fpm. Any landing exceeding this threshold is treated as a structural failure and will be rejected. Final validation decisions rest with the Operations department and are binding.
Staff
Staff and Community
Staff members have access to internal code and pilot data. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, exporting, or backing up this information. All materials created for Grupo SLI Virtual remain our exclusive property. Failure to respect this confidentiality results in immediate removal and potential legal reporting.
