Registration Process

1

Application

Applicants, after reading, understanding, and accepting the rules and regulations of Grupo Aeromexico Virtual, must register their data through a form. This form will be reviewed by the administrative and operational representatives. The information requested will be used exclusively for the purposes outlined in the data protection section.

2

Verification

Representatives from Grupo Aeromexico Virtual may contact applicants to verify their flight experience on IVAO, including their rank, aircraft operated, and membership in other virtual airlines. They may also review their ethical history, including any suspensions and the reasons behind them.

3

Eligibility

Aspiring pilots who are part of the staff of another virtual airline or who provide services to more than two virtual airlines are not eligible for the contest process. If this situation arises with active pilots, Grupo Aeromexico Virtual reserves the right to deny its services.

4

Examination

Applicants deemed fit must take a theoretical-practical exam covering general topics such as aerodynamics, navigation, communications, and operations. If they pass the theoretical phase, they will be called for a practical VFR or IFR navigation test at the airport designated by the examiner.

5

Notification

Selected candidates will receive an email notification from the Head of Labor Relations, with instructions on the next steps. If no response is received within 15 days, it is recommended to follow up to verify the status of their application. However, applications from those who do not meet the basic requirements outlined on this website will be discarded without further notification.

Use of Equipment (Aircraft)

The type of aircraft that active pilots must operate will be initially assigned based on their theoretical knowledge and flight techniques, as validated by IVAO system reports. Depending on the rank obtained through promotions or the number of flight hours accrued, pilots will gain the ability to operate additional aircraft beyond the one initially assigned.

Fleet Information

For more information, consult the "Rank Structure" and "Fleet" sections on the dedicated page of the virtual airline in which you serve.
